Wood
Drewa is FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certificate, thanks to which customers can be sure that wood comes from certified forests that are subject to good forest management. Guaranteed proper control in the use of wood is the experience of the owners, who as foresters know the quality standards perfectly. The multitude of products means that every part of the log is used for production in an optimal way.
Wood manipulation
This is the first stage of quality control. Procedures and handling requirements based on knowledge of wood construction are a guarantee of the highest quality of the final product. We are one of the first companies to use the knowledge and experience of a qualified sorter. Thanks to this, we only use wood that meets high standards.Production of details
We manufacture each element of the final production ourselves. We are constantly modifying and modernizing our machine park but we also base our activity to a large extent on manual works. Thanks to this, we are extremely flexible and we can control the quality of materials and assembly at every stage. At the factory, we make all elements such as moldings, arches, stiles.
Impregnation
We use vacuum-pressure impregnation. This guarantees much greater durability of wood than dipping impregnation commonly used in Poland. We have one of the largest autoclaves in Poland - a vacuum-pressure impregnation device. 14 meters long and 3 meters wide.Dryer
In our dryer, we can dry 30 cubic meters of wood at one time.
Warehousing and storage of goods
We have a large storage space where we are able to store our clients' goods for a short period of time.
Loading and punctuality
Delivering goods on time is our priority. We also help to maximize the use of loading space to save our clients' money.
